1. Buying books

This site does not process online payments and has no shopping cart. Books are available through two separate channels.

Amazon: ‘Buy on Amazon’ buttons take you to Amazon, which sells those books. Its terms govern price, payment, delivery, returns and all other parts of the purchase.

Direct purchases in Colombia: some physical books may be ordered from the author for delivery within Colombia. Availability, format, shipping and payment are confirmed over WhatsApp. Signed copies and a personalized dedication may be available; shipping may cost extra. Inventory, quantities and prices can change or sell out. An order is confirmed only when the author accepts it over WhatsApp.

2. Intellectual property

The books, titles, covers, excerpts, videos, blog posts, logo and other site content belong to Yenny Astrid Londoño or are used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or adaptation, in whole or in part, requires prior written consent.

You may quote short excerpts for review or comment if you credit the author and link to this site online. You may not republish chapters, lengthy excerpts or entire books.

3. About the content

The books and writing include sarcasm, irony and dark humor. They draw on real experiences and observations, with names and details changed. Any exact resemblance to real people is coincidence—or their guilty conscience talking.

Nothing published here is professional financial, legal, psychological or spiritual advice. It is literature and opinion. Decisions about your money, work and relationships are yours.

4. Newsletter

Joining the reader list is voluntary and requires double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. Confirmed subscribers receive Sobreviviendo a mis muertos as a personal PDF download. It is for personal reading and may not be redistributed or republished. Email handling is described in the Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice.

5. Third-party links

The site links to Amazon, Anchetas Medellín, WhatsApp, the author’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, and occasionally other external sites. Each has its own terms and privacy policy. The author is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the site unlawfully, try to compromise its security, scrape its content at scale, impersonate the author, or use forms to send spam or abusive content. Anti-spam measures are in place.

7. Availability and changes

The site is provided as available. The author may change its content, temporarily suspend it or update these terms. The current version and date are shown on this page. Continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed, although both are pursued.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, or from decisions based on its literary and opinion content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Medellín, Colombia.
